Refunds and Returns Policy for Kakuma Racing Parts

1. General Information

At Kakuma Racing Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our Refunds and Returns Policy outlines how you can return products and request refunds.


2. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Rights)

Under Greek and EU consumer protection laws, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

  • The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the product.

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement (e.g., email to info@kakumaparts.com).

  • You may use the withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.


3. Return Procedure

  • You must return the product within 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.

  • The cost of returning the product is generally borne by the consumer, unless the product is faulty or we have agreed otherwise.

4. Refunds

  • We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day we receive the returned product or evidence that you have sent it back.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you agree otherwise.


5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Products that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • Products that are perishable or likely to deteriorate quickly.

  • Products which, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.


6. Faulty or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@kakumaparts.com with a description and photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
