REGULATIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES BY KAKUMA RACING PARTS
Introductory provisions
These Regulations govern the provision of electronic services on the Kakuma Racing Parts website, defining the terms and conditions for the provision of Electronic Services by the Seller via the website www.kakumaracingparts.gr to Customers.
Customer means an entity concluding a Service Agreement with the Seller, provided it has full legal capacity or limited legal capacity in cases regulated by applicable law, or being a legal person or organizational unit.
Consumer means a natural person concluding an Agreement not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Seller means Kakuma Racing Parts Ltd., with registered office at [Insert Address], Greece, Tax ID: [Insert Tax ID], and Company Registration Number: [Insert Company Number], the service provider, administrator, and owner of the Store.

Sale means the provision of a service by the Seller to the Customer involving the sale of Products remotely, by transmitting data at the Customer’s individual request via electronic processing devices.
Contract means the contract for the provision of Electronic Services by the Seller to the Customer.
Seller’s Contact Details are the Seller’s contact data used by the Customer to contact the Seller, i.e., Kakuma Racing Parts Ltd., [Insert Address], Greece, phone: [Insert Phone Number], e-mail: [Insert Email].
Customer’s Contact Data means data provided by the Customer used by the Seller to contact the Customer, including address, e-mail, and telephone number.
Customer Account is a panel managing Customer orders, accessible after registration and login.
Registration means creating a Customer Account via the Store’s registration form.
Product means an item presented for Sale in the Store.
Delivery means delivering Products to the Customer’s indicated destination via a Carrier.
Carrier means an entity cooperating with the Seller to deliver Products.
External Payment System means an online payment system used by the Seller.
Working Days means Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in Greece.
§1 General terms and conditions of the contract
The Seller, pursuant to Greek law and applicable regulations regarding electronic services, establishes these Regulations available on the Store’s website at www.kakumaracingparts.gr.
The Seller provides Electronic Services under these Regulations and applicable law.
The Regulations are made available at all times on the Store’s website for Customers to access, record, and reproduce.
Information on the Store’s website does not constitute a binding offer but invites Customers to submit offers to conclude Sales Agreements.
Electronic Services are provided 24/7 via the Store website.
§2 Terms of Use & Registration
Using the Store requires an internet-enabled device, a supported web browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), and an active e-mail account.
Customers use the Store by entering content.
Order management occurs through the Customer Account, which requires registration and login.
Registration involves completing and submitting the registration form with truthful and complete Customer data.
Before submitting registration, Customers must consent to data processing and accept the Regulations.
§3 Providing free Electronic services
The Seller provides these free Electronic Services: contact form, order form, product reviews, Customer account maintenance, Newsletter, product recommendations, adding Products to favorites.
Contracts for these services are concluded for definite or indefinite periods as detailed in the original text, with terms for use, moderation, and termination.
§4 Orders
Orders may be placed 24/7 via the Store’s Cart function.
Logged-in Customers proceed through the ordering process; new Customers may create accounts or continue without registration as specified.
Customers provide invoice data, delivery information, delivery method, and payment method before confirming orders.
Orders can be modified or canceled until shipment.
The Seller informs Customers promptly if an order cannot be fulfilled.
Order confirmation is sent by e-mail, constituting acceptance of the Sales Agreement.
§5 Sale
Sales Agreements involve transferring Product ownership and delivering Products after payment.
Promotional campaigns and pricing terms are defined similarly, adapted to Greece.
Products are delivered via the Carrier to the address specified by the Customer after payment.
Risk passes to the Consumer upon delivery.
Damaged shipments must be checked at delivery, with proper reporting.
§6 Payment
Prices are gross, include VAT according to Greek law, and exclude delivery and payment costs.
Transaction and delivery costs are borne by the Customer.
Total order price includes all applicable taxes and costs and is binding.
Payment methods available include bank transfer, external payment systems, cash on delivery, and installment payment options (if applicable).
Invoices or VAT invoices are sent electronically or with delivery as chosen.
Refunds are processed within 14 days for returns, complaints, or withdrawal in accordance with Greek consumer law.
Additional delivery costs due to Customer choice of more expensive delivery methods are not reimbursed.
§7 Complaints and guarantees
Complaints are submitted in writing via mail or electronically, with required documentation.
The Seller processes complaints within 14 days.
Consumers have rights under Greek law to request repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal for defective Products.
Out-of-court dispute resolution options are available according to Greek consumer protection authorities.
Guarantees by manufacturers or distributors apply as per their terms.
Products are intended for professional assembly; the Seller is not liable for improper assembly or hidden defects.
Products are intended for racing use and not for road traffic; misuse may invalidate complaints.
§8 Withdrawal from the Agreement
Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right under Greek law.
The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the goods.
Exceptions to withdrawal rights apply as per Greek law and are detailed similarly to the original text.
Customers may withdraw by submitting a withdrawal declaration via email or registered mail.
Returned Products must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal.
Consumers are liable for decreased Product value from improper use.
Return costs are borne by the Consumer unless otherwise agreed.
§9 Promotions and promotional campaigns
Promotions are subject to terms, including one promotional product per Customer.
Discounts and promotion durations follow terms set by the Seller.
§10 Supplementary provisions
Intellectual property rights for Store content belong to their owners.
Illegal content provision by Customers is prohibited.
The Seller strives to ensure proper Store functioning and data protection.
Customers are responsible for account security.
Vouchers/prizes are redeemable within the calendar year.
The Seller reserves rights to change prices and promotions without affecting existing orders.
The Seller is not liable for Store interruptions caused by force majeure or third parties.
§11 Final provisions
The Seller uses cookies and processes personal data in compliance with applicable Greek and EU data protection laws.
Customers have rights to access, correct, and object to data processing.
Privacy policy and cookie policy are available on the Store’s website.
Commercial communications are sent only with Customer consent.
The Seller applies Greek law and relevant EU regulations.
In case of conflicts, Greek law provisions prevail.
